We prepare every order fresh to ensure the highest quality and taste. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

FifthPlate currently delivers within selected areas of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Delivery availability depends on your location and may change from time to time.

If your location falls outside our service area, you may not be able to complete your order.

2. Order Processing

All meals, beverages, wellness shots, and desserts are freshly prepared after your order is confirmed.

Orders are processed during our operating hours.

During periods of high demand, weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, order preparation may take slightly longer than usual.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location
  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Order volume
  • Availability of delivery partners

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and applicable service fees.

From time to time, FifthPlate may offer free delivery promotions or discounted delivery charges.

5. Delivery Partners

Orders may be delivered by:

  • FifthPlate delivery personnel
  • Authorized third-party logistics providers
  • Delivery platforms such as Swiggy or Zomato (where applicable)

To complete your delivery, we may share your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details with our delivery partners.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate delivery address
  • Correct contact number
  • Clear delivery instructions (if required)

Customers should be available to receive their order at the delivery location.

If our delivery partner is unable to contact you or complete delivery due to incorrect information or your unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply, and refunds may not be available for perishable products.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Heavy traffic
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • High order volumes
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen events

We appreciate your patience should such delays occur.

8. Fresh Food Handling

All FifthPlate products are freshly prepared and should be consumed as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating products that require refrigeration if they are not consumed immediately.

FifthPlate is not responsible for product quality after delivery has been completed and the order has been accepted.

9. Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The customer is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts.
  • The customer cannot be contacted using the provided phone number.
  • Access to the delivery location is restricted.

In such cases, the order may be cancelled without refund if the food has already been prepared and dispatched.

10. Subscription Deliveries

Customers enrolled in recurring meal or beverage subscriptions will receive deliveries according to the schedule selected at the time of purchase.

If you need to modify your delivery schedule, pause, or skip a delivery, please contact us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

Requests received after preparation has begun may not be accommodated.

11. Orders Through Third-Party Platforms

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces such as Swiggy  are subject to the delivery policies and service terms of those platforms.

For delivery-related concerns regarding orders placed through these platforms, customers should first contact the respective platform's customer support.
